These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with SmartWash mobile car cleaning service operated by The SmartWash Ltd ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using our service. Your access to and use of the service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Service Description

SmartWash provides mobile car cleaning and detailing services at locations specified by the customer. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Exterior car washing and cleaning
  • Interior car cleaning and vacuuming
  • Car detailing services
  • Paint protection and restoration
  • Specialized cleaning treatments
  • Booking and Payment

    All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized booking platforms. Payment is required at the time of service completion unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

    We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment platforms. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

    Customer Responsibilities

    Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information about the vehicle and location
  • Ensuring safe and legal parking for our service vehicle
  • Removing all personal items from the vehicle before service
  • Providing access to water and electricity where required
  • Being present or available during the service appointment
  • Limitation of Liability

    If there is ever damage to your vehicle that is caused by our technician during your SmartWash service, we will work with you to ensure that it is taken care of.

    Responsibility for any maintenance issues present in your vehicle prior to a SmartWash service, such as jammed windows and cracked windshields will not be taken.

    SmartWash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

    Our maximum liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

    Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before the service. Any cancellations made after this time will result in you losing your deposit.

    Weather Policy

    We recommend avoiding booking on days that it is scheduled to rain however we have equipment to allow us to carry out the service in light rain should it start to rain during the time of your booking.

    In the event of sub-freezing temperatures, severe storms, excessive wind, heat, rain, or hail, will continue services in covered areas e.g. garages, underground parking, etc. If no covered areas are available, the technicians necessary to reschedule to find a more convenient time.

    The SmartWash promise is to leave every customer satisfied with a clean vehicle. If you are disappointed with your service, we want to make it right as soon as possible. Call 07377135958 and a member of our Customer Care team will promptly work with you to find the best solution, beginning with a complimentary "make-good" service valid up to 30 days from the offer date.

    The SmartWash name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of The SmartWash Ltd or its affiliates or licensors.

    Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
